  We are very interested in purchasing a Business Plan license; however, we need to confirm whether it is possible for us to proceed given our institution’s administrative and financial requirements.

  As a public research institution, we are only able to make payments against an invoice—we are not authorized to pay by credit card. For this reason, we kindly request a proforma invoice or a formal quote that we can use to submit for internal approval. If the quote is approved, we will then be able to proceed with the payment via bank transfer upon receiving the official invoice.

  We would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this payment method is acceptable and, if so, guide us on the next steps to obtain the proforma invoice.
